The Essentials Webinar Programme for members of the Liverpool Health Economy

NHS Liverpool CCG are promoting a Liverpool health economy approach to gathering and understanding patient experience and want providers to use Patient Opinion as a key strand of this (and we are very excited to be involved in something so innovative!). They want local people to feel empowered to share their stories and be encouraged to participate in Healthy Liverpool.

We know getting to grips with something new can be tricky so we have created an easy to follow webinar programme. This consists of 1 half an hour session, each week for 3 weeks. These will get you up to speed with the Patient Opinion website functionality and help you utilise Patient Opinion to gain valuable feedback within your services

We recommend this programme for patient experience and quality staff, as well as service managers who are keen to use Patient Opinion within their service. Details of the weekly topics are outlined below.

Each session will be running 3 times in that week so there will be at lease one time and date to suit you each week.  Register for the the three sessions that suit you, by emailing us at team@patientopinion.org.uk. You could also share these sessions with a colleague.

1: Getting Started with Patient Opinion

Who is Patient Opinion and what makes us different? This session will help you think about how you want to work with Patient Opinion and what the benefits will be.

2: Using the Patient Opinion website

Learn all the basics of using the Patient Opinion site. Including responding, alerting and reporting. After the session you will feel confident using all aspects of the website.

3: Moving Forward

This session takes you beyond just using the site to respond. We want you to think about how you can actively promote Patient Opinion to achieve the most value from your subscription. We will cover, using implementation plans, how to talk to patients about Patient Opinion and discuss goals and catch up points.
