Safeguarding & Assigning Criticality Workshop

Thanks to everyone who joined our recent interactive workshop exploring how we moderate the stories shared on Care Opinion!

We covered how our moderation team assigns criticality, manages safeguarding concerns, and supports both authors and services - all to ensure that feedback is safe, constructive, and can lead to real learning and change.

One of the highlights? A unique, one-off opportunity to ask Sarah (Associate Director of Service Quality) and Tim (Head of Safeguarding) anything about moderation. With their wealth of experience handling sensitive and complex stories, they gave us a rare glimpse into the care taken behind every moderated story.
