Promoting the word of Care Opinion.....

Last week was a busy week out and about, in between celebrating with our regional colleagues the success of 5 years of Care Opinion we were about across our 3 main hospital sites.

Over the 3 days we spoke to staff from many of our services and departments, service users and their families, sharing the purpose of Care Opinion and listening to some of their experiences of our health care (and their broader stories and having some craic).

Sharing our extensive promotional materials to help support everyone to share their story - from easy read and dementia friendly poster design to freepost feedback forms and QR codes.

Loads of staff taking resources away to share with their colleagues and within their areas to spread the word further.

Of course everyone likes a free pen and a sweet or two to grab the attention!
