Yes, Care Opinion can be used in Clinical Revalidation!

Patient feedback is one of the core requirements for professional revalidation.  To develop the feedback element of revalidation further/reducing the direct impact of this task of our Health Care Professionals, Care Opinion can support you in collating your Patient & Service User Feedback.

Why use Care Opinion?

• Care Opinion ensures continuous feedback, rather than episodic.
• It is a simple to use platform (including accessibility for children, BSL users and people with cognitive impairment).
• Online and real-time (with an optional telephone number – 0800 122 3135 Mon- Fri 9-4pm. Where calls are taken by Care Opinion staff, (an independent not for profit organisation).
• With emphasis on learning and improvement from learning
• Enabling health care professionals to respond to feedback while preserving doctor and patient safety (with clinicians identifiable in uncritical postings, but clinicians will not usually be identified in postings where there may be criticism)
• Enabling reporting, analysis and data sharing for low effort

Note:

Private invitation links is another feature we can provide - private invitation links – feedback posted using a private invitation link, even when the professionals name does not appear in the feedback.  By using private invitation links, we can achieve a safe way to seek personalfeedback for revalidation.
