This year’s online Autumn Conference is on the 23rd October 2025.
This series will be: Stories that change care - 20 Years of Care Opinion. REGISTER NOW
20 years of this platform is an astonishing achievement. This is going to be a fantastic event that will look back at the impact made. It will look to the future exploring new opportunities for learning and change. Making our patients/clients/families voice heard, improving our healthcare services.
What can you expect?
- Hear from exemplar practice of services using Care Opinion from across the UK, listen to how they have improved services and grow a person-centred culture
- Be inspired by how stories of care have changed practice in practical ways
- Catch up with the latest research into online patient feedback
- It will be informal in style with plenty of opportunity to add your questions and comments
Who should attend?
All staff are welcome to join this event. It will be invaluable to staff within:
- Clinical areas/services at all levels - the frontline to senior leaders
- Those in Patient safety, quality improvement, service development, workforce wellbeing, staff development,
- Those with an interest in organisational culture, person-centred care and professional appraisal

It’s on Thursday 23 October from 9am to 12:30 pm. There will be regular breaks throughout the morning. Stay for the full session or drop in and out as you need to.
