Dear colleagues,

This years’ Autumn Conference on 23 October entitled: Stories that change care - 20 Years of Care Opinion. This is going to be an extra special event looking back at the impact we’ve made, as well as forward to the road ahead and the new possibilities for learning and change.

What can you expect at our free online event?

  • Hear from services using Care Opinion, from across the UK and how they have improved services and grow a person-centred culture
  • Be inspired by how stories of care have changed practice in practical ways
  • Catch up with the latest research into online patient feedback with our very own Dr James Munro and fellow Academics
  • All in a friendly, informal style with plenty of opportunity to add your questions and comments

Who should come along?

Staff working in clinical settings, or in any of the following areas, might find this event valuable:

  • Patient experience, public involvement
  • Patient safety, quality improvement, service development
  • Workforce wellbeing, staff development, professional appraisal
  • Organisational culture, person-centred care, compassion
