2,000 Care Opinion Stories Across NHS Tayside

NHS Tayside celebrated receiving its 2,000th Care Opinion story in early August 2023!

Well done to all of our responders, and to everyone who displays posters and QR codes, hands out cards and flyers during appointments, produces reports, and has played their part in encouraging every one of these 2,000 patients to provide us with their valuable feedback.

NHS Tayside has hundreds of services on board with Care Opinion and each one of our 600+ responders take the time to read, share and respond to all of the stories we receive.

We've come a long way with Care Opinion in recent years, and it's now playing an active role in shaping the way we deliver our services, with some innovative changes having been made as a result of some of the stories we've received. With both Angus and Perth & Kinross HSCPs now promoting Care Opinion across all of their services too, Tayside can ably demonstrate that we listen to what patients have to say about health and care across the region.
