Last week Patient Opinion ran our annual Yorkshire & Humber Event for NHS Staff at Quadrant in Sheffield.
The event was fully booked within a matter of days of the invites being sent out and what a great turnout we had! A big thank you to everyone who attended.
The day was full of energy and interesting discussions. We got the distinct impression the cakes went down well (a special thanks to Jane who, along with the PO team, baked goodies for everyone!) and we hope that everyone who made the day went away filled with information and buzzing with ideas around how the NHS can really utilise online feedback.
We would also like to thank our wonderful speakers, Jo Smith from City Health Care Partnership in Hull and Alistair Sutherland from Leeds Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
