"Quick and efficient"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I had to attend A&E after hurting my foot and ankle pretty badly, I thought I had broken my ankle. I waited a few hours to be seen as the A&E department was extremely busy, this was to be expected though and I didn't mind as I could see how well the staff were trying to get through to seeing everyone. This wasn't a problem. Once I got seen to, the lady was so lovely and the porter and x-ray department were also so lovely, very quick and efficient. They were all amazing and deserve praise for keeping so calm and collected even though the a&e department was under extreme pressure. I hope this eases soon. Thank you all for you care, I wish you all the best.
