About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Extremely pleasant visit to RCH Ophthalmology department. I attended for  tests and retinal photography and every one of the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Each stage of the procedure were explained to me in a manner that made me feel at ease. I did not feel rushed in any way even though the department was busy. I can quite honestly say that this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in any hospital environment. Many Thanks.
