"Hysteroscopy with spinal block"

I was brought into LGH for a Hysteroscopy, Biopsy and to have a coil inserted with an overnight stay due to it all being done under a spinal block. From the moment I walked through the door they were ready for me. Every single member of staff from porters, receptionists, healthcare assistants, nurses, student midwives, catering and Dr's were fantastic.

Nothing was too much trouble, everyone seemed to genuinely want to help and to enjoy their work and they made me feel so comfortable in what could've been embarrassing situations. I was given pain relief to keep on top of any pain and medication for nausea, the place was spotless and the theatre team wonderful even with a difficult spinal to do. I would not hesitate to recommend or return if needed; thank you everyone who cared for me.
