What I liked
my 87 year old nan with suspected heart failure has been waiting in a&e for almost 24 hours. it took over 8 hours before a doctor even saw her to asses her and now she has been waiting over 20 hours on a trolley. animals reveive better treatment. disgusting treatment.....she is still waiting
What could be improved
be nice. actually do something to help the patients. care...admitt not leave on trolleys. just up standards work harder be plesant be a hospital not a excuse of a hospital who give out second rate care and show no emotion.
