(as the patient),

Since leaving the hospital, I have had home visits from START. 

It was Simone who came to see me and I couldn't have asked for better care. She took time to listen to my concerns, answer my many questions, find out the answers for me to any she couldn't answer herself, reassure me when I was upset, showed interest in the "real me" and not just the "stroke me"  and of course gave me the tools, exercises and encouragement to help me in my recovery.

Simone is so dedicated to her job and I can't thank her enough for the kindness and caring she has given me.
