"The service given from Whitwell Surgery"

Over the past few years I've felt the standard was slipping at Whitwell Surgery. The Pandemic was very difficult for everyone concerned, staff as well as patients. However, over the past year both my husband and I feel that everything has picked up.

We are feeling that the surgery is getting back to the good old days of face-to-face appointments, we both feel we're being looked after. Both nurses are really caring and helpful, it's great to see Sarah back! Both receptionists are friendly and helpful, especially Fran, who we seem to deal with the most.

Dr Hussain has been nothing but extremely helpful, caring & patient when explaining isssues which concen our health. Onwards and upwards, Whitwell Surgery. Thanks so much, especially  to Fran, Sarah and Dr Hussain.
