"Canteen STH"

About: South Tyrone Hospital

(as a carer),

I was having lunch in the canteen when an elderly couple arrived in for lunch, which was quite busy at the time. The canteen lady - her name was Tracey - helped the elderly lady to her seat, carried over the meals for the lady and her husband, went and got them water, cutlery, and napkins.

The gentleman got up and went to get tea, and again Tracey went to carry the tea to their table.  Such great staff, I just had to share.

Well done to Tracey, what a credit to the team.

I will also pass your positive feedback on to the Locality Support Services Manager and in particular to Tracey who you have mentioned which was very thoughtful of you.
