I have worked with Let’s Talk Nottingham in 2 different occasions, once in 2020 and once in 2022. Both very helpful but especially the second round with Chris was great. For the first time in 5 years, I feel like myself and he is a wizard :) I genuinely can’t recommend working with Let’s Talk Nottingham and Chris enough. I was treated for anxiety & depression and at the beginning it was debilitating for me.

Fast forward to 13 sessions later, I am still a work in progress but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am practicing self compassion, much less rumination and as a result, better sleep (I was at the brink of severe insomnia), better nutrition, more energy and actually get on with my life finally. I feel like a human being again. I look very strong and put together from outside but a complete mess inside. For this reason, it was particularly important for me that Chris immediately saw through that and asked the right questions.
