"Being seen at A&E at the royal"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I was feeling unwell while working in the pharmacy at the royal so went round to a&e to be seen. Deputy sister in AED named Susan was absolutely amazing. So caring and genuinely lovely. A lot of staff could learn from her. Made my experience so much more comfortable & I’d really like to thank her for it. Exemplary. Amazing how having a nice nurse caring for you can really impact your experience
