(as the patient),

I had attended a colposcopy appointment for a further check up following a smear result. I would like to give feedback from my appointment.

Dr Ali was very attentive, professional and explained things clearly.  He asked if I needed to ask any questions also. I felt calm and at ease.

The auxilliary nurse who was with me throughout was amazing, it takes a special person to be able to calmy distract someone from procedures. She was very patient and straight away made me feel at ease. Sadly, I never caught her name but you should ne very proud on your bedside manner and how it made me feel throughout.

The other nurse was the Drs assistant and was also very good, calm, laid back and all together I felt less embarressed and at ease. 

They were all very professional throughout, kind and clear with instructions.
