It's a nightmare getting an appointment,the online service is ok but you get a call back,if you miss the call you just get forgotten about unless you try to contact yourself,there seems to be little communication from one to another, I got a call back from a doctor who said I needed to come in for investigation but when you arrive the doctor you see has no idea what you have come for and little interest or concerns why you are there,very poor patient relations these days

Thank you for your review. I am the Practice Manager at Fusehill Medical Practice and I apologise that you feel you have had a poor experience. I can see that having submitted an online consult a telephone consultation was arranged with our Advanced Nurse Practitioner who tried to call you three times before finally being able to speak with yourself. From this call he arranged a face to face appointment with our GP the following day. I am sorry if you feel the GP had little interest I will discuss this with them. If you would like to discuss this with myself further then please do not hesitate to call or send an email to gp-A82019@nhs.net and I will happily take the time to speak with you.
