"I was so uncomfortable."

Feel terrible, traumatised.

Sat on awful chair for hours. Back in agony. 

Went to theatre at late afternoon, after being sat in awful chair, I was on ward After operation mid evening the bed was horrible, it was a trolley. I was so uncomfortable.

I then called my partner to fetch me as  we live an hour away.

I was only way home an hour later. I felt dizzy, light headed and shaky. I should have prob stayed in to recover, after all its only had operation just over an hour before I left.
