About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I arrived at RJ & AG Orthopedic Hospital with time to spare for a coffee in the lovely coffee shop before my appointment at 10: 30.

I checked in at reception at 10: 20am. The receptionist was very friendly and directed me to the waiting room. At 10: 30 prompt my name was called and I was met by a very nice nurse who measured and weighed me, she told me the procedure for my scan and put me at ease, she gave me a questionnaire to complete after the scan.

I then went into the room for my scan, the two nurses were excellent, explaining every part of the scan as it was done.

After I completed the questionnaire I was ready for home, the time being 10: 50am. Couldn't ask for more.
