"A very reassuring triage nurse"

About: Northern Health & Social Care Trust / Dalriada Urgent Care Out of Hours GP Service

(as a parent/guardian),

I had to phone out of hours for my son who had progressively been getting worse since being diagnosed with scarlet fever 5 days previously. The triage nurse spoke to me with such kindness and reassurance. At a time where the NHS is under so much pressure, she made me feel like we really mattered.
