About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Frailty Ward (Ramone Ward 1)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am overjoyed with the care I have been getting in the hospital as so far it has been really good with the staff being there to help me out which I am very appreciate of. They are extremely good at explaining things too sometimes I get frustrated as to why I am in so long but when they explain it I understand the reasons why. They are incredible kind honestly couldn’t say a bad word about the way staff treat me. The foods not the best I don’t really enjoy it but that’s personal preference no one’s fault. Honestly i am very happy with my care and can’t complain

Thank you for posting about your experience in Craigavon Area Hospital we do welcome all feedback to help us improve the service we offer.

I am sorry to hear that you not entirely satisfied with the meals provided, patient menus are reviewed regularly and feedback is taken into consideration as part of the review process. I will pass your comments on to the Catering Manager.
