"Daisy ward has been welcoming."

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Daisy Paediatric Ward

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My child is quite content in Daisy Ward because of the welcoming staff. The atmosphere is pleasant and suitable, and it is really safe. My son did not eat much because he was ill, but the meal was alright.

The staff have been excellent and are great with my son. No better staff is available. The nurses Shauna, Laura, and  Dr Nicola have all been exceptional. Being a father makes me very happy, therefore returning here would not worry me.

Daisy ward has been welcoming.

Hello Shaqq75

Thank you for sharing your experience with us through Care Opinion; your feedback is highly valued and appreciated. It is so lovely to hear how supportive and attentive the staff were throughout your stay and to know that this was such a positive experience for you and your son. Shauna, Laura, Nicola and the wider team will be so delighted to read your kind words which I will be sure to share with them.

I hope your son has recovered well and I wish you all the best for the future.

Best wishes,

Jodie
