"Poor Appointment System"

I had to visit Crystal Peaks hub because I couldn’t get to see my doctor. They gave me a prescription and told me to book an appointment with my dr for 3/4 weeks time. I collected my prescription and called in the surgery and was told you can’t make an advance appointment. You have to call on the day. I work therefor3 I can’t sit waiting on the phone. It’s a nightmare trying to get through on the phone and if you’re not in the queue by 8.15 you wouldnt get an appointment and would have to try again the following day.

I was put on this medication in 2020 and because of the same reason as above I stopped the medication and now I am back on it again.

covid was two years ago stop using this as an excuse.
