Excellent care from start to finish  reassured. Wonderful   nurses  Mandy   and the other Mandy Sandra and DR  Donna.

All questions answered. This was a scary   visit for me but i was put at ease  straight away.

My name is Marietta Connor and I am the Breast Imaging Service manager. Firstly, thank you for taking the time to post such positive feedback for the staff here at the unit. I will make sure to pass on those sentiments to Mandy who was the radiographer, Sandra who was assisting in Ultrasound, Donna who was the consultant Radiographer and Mandy who was the breast care nurse you may have spoken with on the day.

It is important that our patients feel reassured after what we know can be a very daunting experience for many. It is also encouraging to hear that you were put at ease straight away.

We appreciate all feedback to ensure the development of the service and hope to continue to provide a service which is reassuring to patients.
