Respiratory clinic appointment. First time I have been there. Absolutely excellent from every angle. Super staff, great friendliness and very clear explanation from two doctors on existing condition and future treatment.
I went on to x ray department to ask if my appointment due tomorrow, could be done today? Again , excellent, was taken immediately. In and out in 8 minutes. Cannot understand why there is so much bad press about the NHS as there is also so much good news. Thank you.
Altogether, for me, my experience was excellent in every way.
