About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Pharmacy

(as a service user),

Caught Covid and as an immunosuppressed individual needed access to antiviral meds.

Made a call on Monday night.

Received a call on Tuesday morning from a pharmacist called Christine.

She was excellent and dealt with all the necessary procedures professionally and with a real sense of care and compassion.

Meds prescribed by 5.00pm on the same day.
