(as a relative),

I am writing this on behalf of my mum, she attended her appointment last week and asked me to write a review as she was delighted with the care that she received.

After initially seeing her optician, who wanted a second opinion from Ophthalmology, she received an appointment at ARI within two weeks. She then arrived early for her appointment and was taken straight through.

She was seen by several members of staff, everyone was friendly and excellent at their job.  She felt the whole process was organised and worked extremely well - thank you.
