David gave me a painless experience, talking to me during the procedure, interested in my life and work.
David, Alisha and Kelsey treated me as a fellow human being and not as a senile person in their 80's, which I try not to be!
A very positive experience at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert, Falkirk.

Thank you for letting us know you were happy with our service.
It is reassuring to hear that the team were able to distract you from your procedure enough that you forgot the discomfort:)
With regard to the blethering, I feel that when you have a lifetimes worth of stories, it would be rude not to mine some nuggets when you are under our care!
