Every time you call, you are in the queue for over an hour

Even when you call first thing when they open.

Always only one person answering the phone. Then when you get through appointments are all gone!!

Been like this for years now

I’m going elsewhere

You will die if you rely on this surgery for any help

Dear Patient,

We are sorry to hear about your experiences and thank you for your feedback.

We have a number of Patient Care Administrators answering the phones each morning; to avoid queuing on the phone you can also use the online access (Patient Access) where you can book an appointment online without having to call up.

It would be helpful if you could arrange a mutual time to speak to the Practice Manager/Deputy Practice Manager so that we can look into your concerns and make improvements where we can.
