"Prescription problem "

About: Coniston Medical Practice

Pharmacist tells me I can no longer use paper requests for my long term repeat prescription.

Ok so I go onto nhs app. Request prescription, it’s not there. So try repeat medicines current & there it is ! But can’t get it to my repeat prescription page ??

Very frustrating I now have to contact the surgery to order a prescription that used to automatically renew at the pharmacy!!

So glad you’re making the system so easy & efficient!!

This medication is to lower high blood pressure & the new system is helping to boost high blood pressure!!!!
