About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

Every member of staff that I liaised with when attending for a cerebral angiogram was knowledgeable, skilled and most importantly had wonderful bedside manner. They made me feel comfortable and kept me up to date on the progress of my appt and also during the procedure they made me feel relaxed and i knew exactly what to expect. Well done ward 66B and all those in the theatre...Thank you 👏😁

Dear Kagsw,

Thank you so much for taking the time to offer feedback following your admission to ward 66B. Patient feedback is really important to our teams and your positive experience will be very uplifting to hear. I'll ensure that this is shared with all of the teams involved in your care.

I hope you're recovering well following your procedure and you continue to receive any necessary support with your results.

Take care and thank you again for sharing,

Eilidh Gallagher,
Clinical Service Manager, Neurosciences
