"Really helpful, understanding, professional and informative"

About: Falmouth Community Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I had an appointment at Falmouth, a reading pre-assessment for an operation on my lower eye lid. 

I saw Jo, who was absolutely brilliant - really helpful, understanding, professional and informative, she really put my mind at ease. A lovely Lady.

Unlike the receptionist, who  was so unhelpful and miserable, totally not what you want to be greeted with when you are already worried about your appointment, not great at all.

I am due to have an operation, and I do hope the staff at Treliske are as fabulous as Jo.

I am so pleased to hear that you had such a good experience with Jo, and am sorry to hear that you didn't receive such good treatment from the receptionist. Jo is a lovely, kind member of staff and I know she will be delighted to hear your positive feedback.

I will be sure to pass your feedback back to the Eye Unit manager, and see if the behaviour of the receptionist at Falmouth could be looked into.

I am sure that you will have a positive experience here at Treliske when you come for your operation.
