"I feel I can always locate any member of staff to talk to"

My key worker mark has been fantastic. Adrian is inspirational, he is straight to the point and does not let us pull the wool over his eyes without challenging us into conversations. Andrea is non judgmental as all staff are not either. I have been attending service + groups for some time now and not one member of staff has been judgmental. I feel I can always locate any member of staff to talk to. I engage in different groups, alcohol groups, relapse prevention, all inclusive, retrain your brain, FOC. The staff ecourage my mind over decisions to drink and look at alternatives but without " telling me" what I can/can not do. (That is the worst thing that could happen to me)
