I prefer one-to-one meetings. It's more intimate, & I feel I can talk & express myself more freely. 

Asha is very understanding & makes me feel @ ease.

Her concern for my well-being is important because it gives me confidence.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience of using our service. How interventions are delivered (1to1 or groups) is personal choice and it is clear the 1to1 sessions work better for you.

It is great to hear how you have connected with Ahsa as your keyworker, she is a valued professional team member and I will ensure she hears your feedback.
