My husband has recently passed away following a relatively short progressive neurological illness (Motor Neurone Disease). He went from being fit and well to being completely paralysed and unable to speak, move or swallow or do anything for himself.
The practice staff and GP were very supportive during this very difficult time and went out of their way to help me on numerous occasions with issues with prescriptions, test results, blood tests, etc.
I was dealt with with compassion and respect at all times which made an extremely difficult situation a bit easier.
