I attended a pre-assessment clinic yesterday prior to receiving a knee replacement.  I would just like to thank student Nurse Tiki, Nurse Katherine and Nurse Tricia for all their help and kindness.

I didn’t feel well having a chest infection (I did a covid test prior to going), but all these nurse were kind and reassuring. Everything was explained very clearly to me. 

Nurse Tricia asked a physio to come up and see me at clinic as I was concerned about a few things that would interfere with my recovery. 

The lovely physio came up to see me and reassured me on every point. 

This was a very very busy clinic, but not once did I hear the staff getting stressed or harassed, they were very professional.

Thank you very much for providing your lovely feedback to care opinion, especially as you were feeling unwell with a chest infection, I hope you start to feel better soon.

I am happy that the nurses were kind, helpful and professional during your visit. I am also happy to hear that we arranged for the physio to come speak to you to discuss your concerns, and that they were able to provide some reassurance.

The pre-assessment unit can be a busy environment at times, but I am delighted that the staff acted professionally and did not display any stress.

I wish you well with your upcoming procedure and subsequent recovery. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any other queries or worries.
