About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Neonatal Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My little boy was seen today at the neonatal clinic for a check up, as he was still jaundiced at 14 days old. We were seen by Joanne, the nurse practitioner, and his care from start to finish was exemplary. She was so caring, compassionate, professional and personable and she made me feel listened to. Keep doing what you're doing. There is nothing negative to say about today's experience. Thank you!
