"Dermatology Appointment Chorley Hospital"

Having been referred to you by my GP as an emergency an appointment was made for me to be seen today and I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the conduct of all your colleagues with whom I came into contact today.

From the smiley faced receptionist, the nurse who ushered me through to the consultation room, where I met Dr Ahmed, with 2 students in attendance, I need to make reference to the efficiency and friendliness of everyone.

Not only was everything explained to me but, after only about 30 minutes, I was shown out complete with a confirmed appointment for a biopsy on my ear in approximately only 3 weeks.

I have never had anything but positive experiences of the health services but I want you and your colleagues to know that, despite the current NHS pressures, you have completely hit the centre of the target!
