Anything else?
the worst ward ever, staff stand around chatting, ignoring buzzers, paitent care is totally appaling, they never seem to answer to buzzers, clothes soaked in urine and bedding and left in that state for hours. They seem to have a problem with smiling and treating people with respect. The staff do not provide the care which in turn effects the paitents well being.
