About: Brand Street Resource Centre Leverndale Hospital / Mental Health

(as a service user),

Phoned to speak to Jacqueline and came in for a review 

Had asked to speak to Jacqueline but informed she had retired 

Just wanted to say she always had time for me and other patients in the waiting area, never passed without saying hello or do you need anything , very respectful and will be missed
