"A total gem"

Went to see nurses Karen & Iga today at Gynaecology. I had a lot of questions re a letter I received re a future procedure that I needed to discuss.

Everything was going on in my head but at my appointment they both made me feel so at ease. Every question I put to Karen was explained with patience, understanding  & professionalism but most of all she genuinely cared. 

Karen is a total gem, she took the time to listen to me and didn’t make me feel I was a bother in the least. Iga was a great support too.

I left my appointment feeling a million times better than I did when I went in.
