"Lack of booked interpreter"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Endocrinology

Being let down when NHS hospital in Dumfries and Galloway have been said they been booked interpreters but when I arrived my appt and no signer, I have been ask SLI about it and that NHS didn’t booked it, so I went see member of staff about it and they been say sorry but seem like lied to me; they forgot. Should put red flag on know this patient is deaf and needed booked interpreters first before make appt.
