"My journey has been nothing but positive"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Gynaecology Clinic Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as the patient),

At the beginning of lockdown, I had been having problems from a previous mesh insertion procedure. I was referred to the New Victoria Hospital in Glasgow. From my very first appointment I was listened to and advised what would be the best plan forward for me. Eight weeks on, post mesh removal, I can honestly say I am feeling great! My journey has been nothing but positive from all the care and support the whole team have shown.

Team work

Everyone made it very clear that they were only a phone call away if any problems or questions arose. Most appointments were over the phone but everyone came and introduced themselves when I attended Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow for my procedure.
