Fabulous experience of delivering my first baby at Jessops. Sarah, our midwife, once we got into the labour ward was incredible - I gave birth in the pool, which was my plan. Everything was explained to me and I felt listened to. My husband also got to be involved.
On the postnatal ward they were understaffed but everyone was lovely and came to help me learn to breastfeed.
We were looked after really well and would recommend Jessops to any mums to be.
