About: Barcroft Medical Centre

Managed to make a phone consultation on line .in two weeks time. After had to make an appointment for blood test , made it online again for a week later,Had a text saying needed another blood test and another phone consultation with doctor. After 45 minutes waiting on the phone managed to get appointment for second blood test but no appointment for phone consultation, told to ask at reception when I went for the second blood test. Reception said no appointment and should wait till after 10 or book online. Once again no appointments for any doctors online Only nurses . How on earth do you get to speak with a doctor let along see one. Every time I need to phone surgery it is always 45mins to an hour wait on the phone.
