About: Market Square Surgery

Very unaccomodating for working people. Hard to get appointments in evenings and no option for weekend. Unable to complete econsult or book routine appointment in advance. Everything has to be same day which is hard to be on-call and waiting on the phone for ages if you're working. Very unsatisfied and looking to move practices

We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience while using our service. We are open 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and are looking at providing some evening and weekend appointments in the very near future. If you would like your matter to be further investigated, please write to our complaints officer at hweicbwe.F81749-results@nhs.net with your name and contact details. We can then clarify what happened and the practice team can consider whether anything can be improved to help you. Please also consider joining our Patient Participation Group which meets regularly with us (currently over Microsoft Teams) to discuss how we are meeting patient expectations and receive suggestions for changes.
