I came to see Elizabeth in Warrington Hospital ultrasound for my 20 week abnormality scan, which I was super nervous about due to being on epilepsy medication.
She was absolutely AMAZING!! Made me feel so at ease and was an absolute whizz. She clearly was very knowledgeable but didn't speak to me solely in medical terms, she made sure it was in language that I understood.
When it came to the spine, which I was particularly concerned about, she sat and showed me each section to put me at ease so that I could leave knowing that everything was okay having seen it with my own two eyes. She even had a triple check just before I left to allow me to leave with absolute confidence.
I have absolute faith in her abilities after this experience and am confident that everything she was able to assess for at this stage (which I know isn't everything) was thoroughly checked and I really feel that I can start to enjoy my pregnancy now. That is solely down to her.
She treated both me and my husband like humans and didn't for one second act like she was put out by taking the extra time to talk through this with me.
She is an absolute credit to the NHS and her profession.
