This has been my surgery for years. On Friday I used the eConsult feature to get some advice on a long-standing issue. I was told someone would get back to me via phone/text/email before 6.30pm the following Monday. To date I have had no response. I purposefully did the eConsult to help alleviate pressure on the surgery, so to simply get no response is an oversight at best, and dangerously incompetent at worst. I would not recommend this practice—it does not seem to care about its patients.
